As a certified Trauma-Informed Master Career Coach and Educator, I have helped thousands navigate career transitions through vision quests, mastermind groups, and retreats that include creative writing, art therapy, equine therapy, Reiki, and nature-based practices.

My passion is assisting individuals in navigating difficult transitions, transforming their careers, overcoming workplace trauma, reclaiming personal agency, and harnessing their talents and passions to find true fulfillment and well-being across all areas of their lives.

I am the founder of Soul Digg©, an empowering, life-changing eCourse platform and community that helps people create their own life revolution—how they work, live, and play—consciously.

We all have a unique purpose, and it’s up to each of us to dream bigger and share our magic with the world— and the world is waiting to marvel at you!

My Story

How I Got Started

For years, I was barely surviving in my career, exhausted by toxic and abusive workplaces. In one moment, I decided my dreams mattered. I mattered. I embarked upon my own “Eat, Pray, Love” journey (thanks to Liz Gilbert), traveling through the United States. After a year of deep introspection, visiting the ocean, mountains, and desert, I found the courage to walk away from who I was, a shell of a person, to begin living my truth as a coach, educator, writer, artist, optimist, adventurist, and healer. Once you realize who you are at your core, you can never go back. I’ll never go back. How about you?

What I Do

Vision Coaching

A modern-day Vision Quest is a period in our lives when we seek a ‘revelation’ that provides profound meaning and direction, leading to a life-altering decision or the pursuit of a new calling. I offer solo vision coaching, over two full days in MI or NM, to clarify what’s essential in your life and career, break through self-limiting beliefs and fears, overcome stuck trauma, and align your passion and talent with your intentions and actions. In return, you get unstuck and begin to boldly live a life beyond your wildest imagination. Sound mindblowing? That’s because it is.
